This independent proposal uses limited first-party measurement to help The Design Factory understand whether its presentation is useful.

What is measured

Pages visited, which proposal link brought a visit, approximate active viewing time, furthest scroll position, chapters reached and a small set of navigation or demonstration actions. An anonymous identifier groups activity within a browser tab. No advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, session replay or fingerprinting are used.

What is left out

The measurement database does not store visitor names, email addresses, IP addresses, form entries, or full referring URLs. Tagged links identify a communication channel, not a person. The hosting service may process ordinary technical request information to operate the site.

Access and retention

The report is restricted to Ari Raphiel at The Design Factory. Records are retained for up to 90 days. This concept’s measurement service is separate from PolicyWise’s current website and from the Canadian production services to be selected for the commissioned project.
